Individual idea horror story plot

A women is shown leaving a mental institution and she is still wearing the hospital band as she walks away from the building. The narrative jumps through time as she is shown become friends with various people over the country and as she wiggles he way into families homes and gains their trust, each one of these short clips show the same ending as she ends up murdering everyone she has tricked into taking her in. The story develops as she works through the years to bring many families down in brutal ways who, in her insane state, she believe have wronged her in some way. The narrative catches up with her many years later as she bumps into a man in a supermarket and as her relationship with this person develops overtime we see her plans to murder everyone who gets involved with her and this man, although later on the ending is flipped as we come to discover that this man was her doctor within the institution and was only involving himself with her so that he could further her treatment that he gave her there not understanding the true extend of her mental issues as she murders him and everyone he knows, we then discover that she is not only being watched by the government closely as she commits these horrid murders but that they are secretly using her to get rid of people that seem a threat to the public by making her think the voices inside her head are telling her to get rid of these people when all along the government have been manipulating her mind. At the end of the film she carries on with this as she does not realize, only the audience are shown the true meaning behind this.
